That’s where I can help, I have staged hundreds of homes in Western Massachusetts that have sold quickly and for well over listing price. I rearranged my first room at eight years old, and I have not stopped since.
Staging is about beauty, but is is also about selling space, to shine a light on your home’s best features.
I started my staging business over fourteen years ago when my family relocated from New York City to Western Massachusetts.
I began staging furnished homes and now I have expanded to include unfurnished homes with my own staging pieces.

Home Staging Plan
You don’t have to write anything down or remember the order of tasks. I will help prioritize how you prepare for photos vs. how you prepare for buyer visits.
When I visit your home, we will formulate a plan together to get your house ready for listing. You will then receive my exclusive bullet point plan.
You can do as little or as much as you want, although my clients who have followed my exclusive plans have always sold their homes quickly and for a higher price than expected. Bulleted Staging Plan-Fixed Price $250

After 14 years of staging, I can see that many homes need more than a staging report but less than a full stage of furniture, I developed LLR. By adding my Lamps, Linens & Rugs plan we can update your home for the current market. L.L.R. -Lamps, Linens & Rugs -Price Upon Request

Full Staging
I provide a fully staged home. The price varies depending on the size of the home and the amount of rooms that need staging. Many of my pieces are unique mid-century originals.
While I am very proud of my many original Knoll furnishings, I offer furniture of all staging styles and I will plan your design on what compliments your home best. Unfurnished Home Staging -Varies on Home Size
